Fees and Practicalities
Introductory session
The first session is an assessment - a chance for both of us to make sure we feel confident about working together. We discuss what is concerning you and come up with a plan.
How much?
My rates for for a 50 minute session are:
Individuals £95
Couples/families £125
If this is unaffordable, please contact me to discuss concessions.
How long will it take?
It depends. Sometimes six to twelve sessions can make a big difference, especially in dealing with an immediate concern. Often people choose or need to work for longer. Depending on your situation we can agree at the outset to work for a certain number of sessions, and review our progress as we go along.
How often?
For individual work we meet at the same time each week for 50 minutes. With couples and families less frequent meetings – perhaps every two or three weeks – are often appropriate.
Where?
In my pleasant consulting room in Dartmouth Park near Hampstead Heath.
When?
I try to make space for new clients as soon as I can – in the next few days, if possible. I have greatest flexibility for daytime sessions.
